Disclaimer for helpstransaction.garden

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use helpstransaction.garden. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Our Role: Referrals Only

Helpstransaction Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen trees, grind stumps or trim branches. An independent provider does any work on your property, not Helpstransaction Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also do not promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

General Information

The content here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

The cost figures on this website are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices change with the job, the location, the size of the tree, access and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. Coverage depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Staying Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can bring power lines, falling wood and damaged structures. Do not put yourself at risk. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, call local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Helpstransaction Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this website correct and up to date. We do not warrant that it is complete or that it contains no errors.
